Thursday

This is the time to encourage each other to never be stubborn or hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. For we are mingled with the Messiah, if we will continue unshaken in this confident assurance from the beginning until the end.

For again, the Scriptures say, If only today you would listen to his voice. Don’t make him angry by hardening your hearts… (Heb 3:13)

Most of us who have brought up strong willed children will remember having to deal with all the histrionics – and associated horrible feelings. My wife and I used to tell them that if they didn’t want the grace we we offering then the law they equally rejected would now kick in.

Only Love conquers all … ❤️

Wednesday

You keep every promise you’ve ever made to me!

Since your love for me is constant and endless, I ask you, Lord, to finish every good thing that you’ve begun in me! (Psa 138:8)

By far, the greatest event in my life was when I reached rock bottom and finally cried out to GOD for help. He didn’t just reveal Himself to me, his loving kindness restored my very soul. And it didn’t end there, as I read his word to find out more about him, I started the awesome journey of personal renewal.

I became aware of his fulfilling promises, not because they were just written down, but I lived through them – I experienced his beautiful loving faithfulness to me.

Lord Jesus, I pray for everyone who reads this to experience all that you’ve shown me – and MORE!!! ❤️

Monday

God designed us to feel remorse over sin in order to produce repentance that leads to victory. (2 Cor 7:10)

Many years ago, an archer would take aim at a target and if they missed it would be classed as sin – whether it was by an inch or a mile!

Sin therefore means to simply ‘miss the mark.’

Whenever we ‘sin’ we miss the mark that our loving Father has set for us, and we can’t whine, sulk or even pout at his choice of mark either – because his Holy Spirit is IN us to help us get there.

Child of the Living GOD, take aim again in His Strength. ❤️

Thursday

For the kingdom of God is not a matter of rules… but is in the realm of the Holy Spirit, filled with righteousness, peace, and joy. (Rom 14:17)

Jesus ushered in the Kingdom of GOD for us. He showed us clearly that loving ‘relationships’ and not rules should govern our motives and actions.

Following Jesus and his leading way we will live in his righteousness, peace and joy. ❤️
