Tuesday

… the righteousness of God is tangible and brought to light through Jesus, the Anointed One. This is the righteousness that the Scriptures prophesied would come. It is God’s righteousness made visible through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ. And now all who believe in him receive that gift. For there is really no difference between us,

For we all have sinned and are in need of the glory of God. Yet through his powerful declaration of acquittal, God freely gives away his righteousness.

His gift of love and favour now cascades over us, all because Jesus, the Anointed One, has liberated us from the guilt, punishment, and power of sin! (Rom 3:21)

How Awesome is that!!!! ❤️

Jesus said, “…Take it from me: Unless a person is born from above, it’s not possible to see what I’m pointing to—to God’s kingdom.” “How can anyone,” said Nicodemus, “be born who has already been born and grown up? You can’t re-enter your mother’s womb and be born again. What are you saying with this ‘born-from-above’ talk?” Jesus said, “You’re not listening. Let me say it again. Unless a person submits to this original creation—the ‘wind-hovering-over-the-water’ creation, the invisible moving the visible, a baptism into a new life—it’s not possible to enter God’s kingdom. When you look at a baby, it’s just that: a body you can look at and touch. But the person who takes shape within is formed by something you can’t see and touch—the Spirit—and becomes a living spirit.

“So don’t be so surprised when I tell you that you have to be ‘born from above’—out of this world, so to speak. You know well enough how the wind blows this way and that. You hear it rustling through the trees, but you have no idea where it comes from or where it’s headed next. That’s the way it is with everyone ‘born from above’ by the wind of God, the Spirit of God.” (John 3:3)

It’s a prerequisite that we can’t avoid to keep. X

Tuesday

Out of that terrible travail of soul, he’ll see that it’s worth it and be glad he did it. Through what he experienced, my righteous one, my servant, will make many “righteous ones,” as he himself carries the burden of their sins.

Therefore I’ll reward him extravagantly— the best of everything, the highest honors— Because he looked death in the face and didn’t flinch, because he embraced the company of the lowest.

He took on his own shoulders the sin of the many, he took up the cause of all the black sheep. (Isa 53:11)

Whatever ugly thoughts assail you, the Truth is that ‘All’ of us have been made ‘right’ in GODs eyes. None of us have been dumped. All the lost black sheep have been sought out and gathered back.

Thank you Holy Spirit for helping me be like my big brother Jesus. X

Thursday – 20/4/17

I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation [from His wrath and punishment] to everyone who believes [in Christ as Savior]…

For in the gospel the righteousness of God is revealed, both springing from faith and leading to faith [disclosed in a way that awakens more faith].

As it is written and forever remains written, “THE JUST and UPRIGHT SHALL LIVE BY FAITH.” (Rom ‭1:16)

Before you even begin to think: “But, how?!?” Read on …

He made Christ who knew no sin to [judicially] be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God [that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness]. (2 Cor 5:21‬)

I read somewhere that each time Jesus hears you confess, “I am the righteousness of God in Christ,” it brings much pleasure to His heart too, because you are laying hold of what He suffered and died to give you.

Thank You Jesus that because of what You have done, I am the righteousness of God in You. X

Friday – 23/3/17

He made Christ who knew no sin to [judicially] be sin on our behalf, so that in Him we would become the righteousness of God [that is, we would be made acceptable to Him and placed in a right relationship with Him by His gracious lovingkindness]. (‭‭2 Cor ‭5:21‬)

How many of us believe that the successful are always tempted to regard their success as a reward for righteousness?

Whereas GOD lets us know that righteousness is the result of intimacy. Trust. Love.

Abraham didn’t focus on his own impotence and say, “It’s hopeless. This hundred-year-old body could never father a child.” Nor did he survey Sarah’s decades of infertility and give up.

He didn’t tiptoe around God’s promise asking cautiously skeptical questions. He plunged into the promise and came up strong, ready for God, sure that God would make good on what he had said.

That’s why it is said, “Abraham was declared fit before God by trusting God to set him right!” (Rom‬ ‭4:20)

Peace to you, Righteous Child of the Living GOD. X

Friday – 13/1/17

For our sake He made Christ [virtually] to be sin Who knew no sin, so that in and through Him we might become [endued with, viewed as being in, and examples of] the righteousness of God [what we ought to be, approved and acceptable and in right relationship with Him, by His goodness]. (‭‭2 Cor ‭5:21‬)

I was asked once if I thought ‘I’ was righteous? The truth is that whether we feel like it (or not), we have all been made righteous! And actually, as GOD Himself tells us here – we have been given the righteousness of GOD Himself!

And the effect of righteousness will be peace [internal and external], and the result of righteousness will be quietness and confident trust forever. (‭‭Isa ‭32:17‬)

To the One has rescued my Soul. To the One has made me Whole – I sing forever! X

Tuesday – 15/9/15

I’m most proud to proclaim, this extraordinary Message of God’s powerful plan to rescue everyone who trusts him, starting with Jews and then right on to everyone else! God’s way of putting people right shows up in the acts of faith, confirming what Scripture has said all along: “The person in right standing before God by trusting him really lives. (Rom 1:16)
QUESTION: What puts us in right standing before God?
ANSWER: We Trust Him
RESULT: We Live! X
