Monday

It pleases God more when we demonstrate godliness and justice than when we merely offer him a sacrifice. (Pro 21:3)

How much easier is it to throw something into the offering that to offer to help the ‘sour faced’ lady with her Christmas …? Or to stand up for someone at work rather than keeping quiet and rocking the boat?

Jesus ‘clearly my tells us: “I’m telling the solemn truth: Whenever you did one of these things to someone overlooked or ignored, that was me—you did it to me.’ (Mat 25:40) ❤️

Sunday

GOD said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?” He said, “How should I know? Am I his babysitter?” (Gen 4:9)

😢

My beloved friends, if you see a believer who is overtaken with a fault, may the one who overflows with the Spirit seek to restore him.

Win him over with gentle words, which will open his heart to you and will keep you from exalting yourself over him.

Love empowers us to fulfill the law of the Anointed One as we carry each other’s troubles. (Gal 6:1) ❤️

Friday

(GOD speaking) “My grace is always more than enough for you, and my power finds its full expression through your weakness.” (2 Cor 12:9)

Bottom line – “Don’t worry, don’t fret and panic. Simply recognise that I know you can’t do this alone. I will help you to deal with this because whatever comes against you, comes against Me. I will never leave you, I am with and IN you. I Love you and won’t (can’t) let you down.” ❤️

Thursday

Jesus sat down and taught the people from the boat. When he had finished, he said to Peter, “Now row out to deep water to cast your nets and you will have a great catch.”

“Master,” Peter replied, “we’ve just come back from fishing all night and didn’t catch a thing. But if you insist, we’ll go out again and let down our nets because of your word.”

When they pulled up their nets, they were shocked to see a huge catch of fish, so much that their nets were ready to burst! (Luke 5:4)

I’ve learned (and many times the hard way), that logic cannot compete with GOD’s Wisdom. I might be facing bleak hospital reports, or bad bank news, or … but whatever we face, we should always make time to ask Him, “Lord, this is what ‘they’ are saying, what do YOU say about it?”

Get ready to let down your nets, Child of the Living GOD. ❤️

Wednesday

And if we know that he hears us in whatever we ask, we also know that we have obtained the requests we ask of him. (1 John 5:15)

Have you ever heard someone pray and thought, “Wow! They REALLY know GOD! I bet they get their prayers answered all the time!”

Hmmm … have you ever seen a young family living around their children? Tell me, doesn’t the sulky teenager’s requests get answered just as much as the toddler – or even the cooing baby?

Child of the Living GOD, listen to your heart and KNOW that your Heavenly Father loves and hears EVERYTHING you say. ❤️

Saturday

(Jesus speaking) “I leave the gift of peace with you—my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts—“I leave the gift of peace with you—my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts—instead, be courageous!” (John 14:27)

I’m pretty sure that all of us know that the word ‘Peace’ is spoken all over the Middle East as an idiom for either hello or goodbye. This got me thinking, what did Jesus really mean by it?

Google tells me that Shalom is a Hebrew word that means harmony, completeness, prosperity, welfare and tranquility.

His ‘promise’ is to leave us with his true ‘Peace’ and that because we have his ‘Peace’ then we shouldn’t be troubled in our hearts – we should live courageously, trusting always in His Awesome Goodness. ❤️

Thursday

So be made strong even in your weakness by lifting up your tired hands in prayer and worship.

And strengthen your weak knees, for as you keep walking forward on God’s paths all your stumbling ways will be divinely healed! (Heb 12:12)

I love this about our Father GOD, He never leaves us – never forsakes us. And it’s when we’re at our lowest ebb that He encourages our stumbling ways with a touch of His Healing Hand.

Thank You Jesus. ❤️
