For indeed, we are the temple of the living God, just as God has said: I will make my home in them and walk among them. I will be their God, and they will be my people.” (2 Cor 6:16)

Just imagine what this ‘really’ means …!

When Solomon finished praying, a bolt of lightning out of heaven struck the Whole-Burnt-Offering and sacrifices and the Glory of GOD filled The Temple. The Glory was so dense that the priests couldn’t get in— GOD so filled The Temple that there was no room for the priests!

When all Israel saw the fire fall from heaven and the Glory of GOD fill The Temple, they fell on their knees, bowed their heads, and worshiped, thanking GOD: Yes! God is good! His love never quits! (2 Chr 7:1) ❤️

(Jesus speaking) “… my dear friend, listen to what I’m about to tell you. Satan has obtained permission to come and sift you all like wheat and test your faith.

But I have prayed for you, … that you would stay faithful to me no matter what comes.

Remember this: after you have turned back to me and have been restored, make it your life mission to strengthen the faith of your brothers.” (Luke 22:31)

We all experience times of testing, which is normal for every human being. But God will be faithful to you. He will screen and filter the severity, nature, and timing of every test or trial you face so that you can bear it. And each test is an opportunity to trust him more, for along with every trial God has provided for you a way of escape that will bring you out of it victoriously. (1 Cor 10:13) ❤️

Let giving flow from your heart, not from a sense of religious duty. Let it spring up freely from the joy of giving—all because God loves hilarious generosity! (2 Cor 9:7)

People everywhere will give today. In love, they will give of themselves, they will give of time, service and life.

Actually, giving isn’t all about money – many kindly (and even broken) hearts will be physically and emotionally spent before the day is out.

Think: WWJD – “But when you demonstrate generosity, do it with pure motives and without drawing attention to yourself.” (Mat 6:3) ❤️

When wisdom wins your heart and revelation breaks in, true pleasure enters your soul. (Pro 2:10)

Wisdom rides with Joy and Peace on the back of Love as they fly overhead and call for us to join them.

Lord Jesus, help me to lay down my problems at your feet and go join them. ❤️

Don’t become partners with those who reject God. How can you make a partnership out of right and wrong? That’s not partnership; that’s war…

God himself put it this way: “I’ll live in them, move into them; I’ll be their God and they’ll be my people. So leave the corruption and compromise; leave it for good,” says God. “Don’t link up with those who will pollute you. I want you all for myself. I’ll be a Father to you; you’ll be sons and daughters to me.” The Word of the Master, God.” (2 Cor 6:14)

This always reminds me of the story of the young girl who was being harassed by her friends for not wanting to join them on their planned evening out. “What, are you you frightened that your Dad might hurt you,“ they teased? “Actually, I’m frightened that I might hurt my Dad,” She responded.

Love is as love does ❤️

(GOD speaking) “Do not be afraid of them [or their hostile faces], For I am with you [always] to protect you and deliver you,” says the LORD.” (Jer 1:8)

Child of the Living GOD – hear and ‘receive’ encouragement today from His Heart of Promise. ❤️

Lord, who dares to dwell with you? Who presumes the privilege of being close to you, living next to you in your shining place of glory? Who are those who daily dwell in the life of the Holy Spirit? (Psa 15:1)

I’d just left Bible College and we were offered a break with some other students in the south of France. Anyway, the Pastor of a small Church asked me to speak some words of words of encouragement at the Sunday service.

We all prayed most of the night and I was excited. Then, Jesus came to Church… I remember the whirlwind of falling to my knees in abject loathing at myself – all my true thoughts, motives and desires parading in front of me!

The thing is, LOTS of people ran out of the place in fear – the few that stayed were blessed, healed and set free.

I learned a great lesson that day – GOD is AWESOME! ❤️
